Who we work with
Organisations across healthcare, housing, social care and the workplace.
Why partner with Custodex?
Reduce manual welfare checks
Scheduled check-ins cut the need for routine phone calls and visits just to confirm someone is okay.
Strengthen safeguarding
Automatic escalation to chosen contacts when a check-in is missed or SOS is triggered.
Configurable per person
Each individual's schedule, contacts and emergency plan reflect their own needs and preferences.
Complements existing care
Designed to add proactive touchpoints between appointments, not replace your services.
Questions for organisations
How does Custodex fit existing services?
Custodex is designed to complement, not replace, your existing care, safeguarding and wellbeing services. It adds proactive, low-friction check-ins between touchpoints.
Can we run a pilot?
Yes. We are seeking a small number of forward-thinking organisations to participate in pilot programmes and help shape the product. Book a call to discuss.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts are sent to the trusted contacts chosen by each user, by email and/or SMS, with escalation if the first contact cannot respond.
Is location tracked continuously?
No. Location is shared only during an active alert or a journey the user chooses to share, never by default.
How is data protected?
Each person's plan, contacts and activity are kept private to their account. Location is shared only with their explicit permission.
Does Custodex replace emergency services?
No. Custodex alerts the contacts a user chooses. It is not a replacement for local emergency services.
