No. Trusted contacts receive and respond to alerts by email or SMS at no cost, and they never need to install the app.

SMS alerts are included on Personal and Family. Each plan has a fair-use allowance shown in your settings, so your limits are never hidden.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. We never charge during an active emergency to reveal information.
